Project/Data Analyst

What does a successful Project/Data Analyst do at Fiserv?

The Project Analyst leads, coordinates, or participates in 1-2 assigned minor projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit. Creates business /process flows, develops/performs system testing, and analyses solutions, KPIs.

What you will do:

Responsible for Client Delivery project & Portfolio reporting - Including SharePoint, Clarity, and Executive & Project level where appropriate Maintenance and support of the Holiday Database as required by Client Delivery management Ownership & maintenance of the Client Delivery Business Continuity Plan Support full lifecycle projects with inter-dependent or direct resources as instructed by the Project Manager, to include, but not limited to supporting Project Plans, RAID, CRs Lessons Learn & PIRs Support, run, manage PMO duties as needed/instructed by the Project Manager. Perform, document and drive through project Health Checks with the Project Managers Facilitate meetings, reviews, and workshops involving internal and external participants. Manage Purchase ordering on behalf of the project manager supporting vendors / 3rd parties Review, suggest and drive process improvements and efficiencies with the engagement & delivery models Support & Drive KPI and improvements by client, by portfolio under instruction from the project manager. Support, drive Mentoring and knowledge share schemes. Support engagement model improvements, KPIs & Reporting for First Data vendors & suppliers

What you will need to have:

A strong interest in starting a career with GBS Tech Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills & meticulous attention to detail Ability to facilitate meetings, reviews, workshops involving internal & external participants Expert in MSOffice Products especially WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and MS-Project
