The Medical Imaging Department has had major investment in CT, MRI, and Projectional Radiography. Our site houses 4 state-of-the-art CT scanners and a purpose-built inpatient CT suite. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries; in dose saving techniques and working with Radiologists to achieve diagnostic imaging previously unattainable in CT. We are an innovative department; always looking to optimise patient care by offering role development and job progression for our team.



If you are an enthusiastic, hard-working, ambitious individual we have Band 5 (trainee link grade) and Band 6 vacancies available. This is an opportunity for you to start your CT career whilst continuing to hone your projectional imaging skills.

Successful candidates must have current HCPC registration

To perform a range of X-ray procedures, with additional skills in CT .



Producing high quality diagnostic images and providing excellent patient care.



To participate in the projectional and CT shift system.



Once trained in CT there may be an opportunity for further cross sectional training in MRI.
