The Global Physical Security team oversees the governance of security initiatives worldwide. We lead the design and implementation of global strategic objectives, standardise tools, processes and procedures, manage project documentation, and act as a key connector between verticals such as Security Operations, Strategy, Fire Safety, and others.
Responsibilities
- Project Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of global physical security projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Process Standardisation & Documentation: Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of global security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination across regions to align project execution with business objectives and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on security initiatives and facilitate smooth project operations.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Collect, analyse, and report on project metrics, security compliance data, and assurance findings to support continuous improvement.
- Training & Knowledge Management: Assist in developing training materials, knowledge-sharing platforms, and internal resources to enhance security awareness and operational efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance Support: Help implement security assurance frameworks by conducting reviews, tracking compliance, and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in physical security workflows and contribute to optimising processes through innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Collaborative and organised, able to support coordination and standardisation of global physical security projects and assurance activities.
- Comfortable working with data and documentation to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in a multi-stakeholder or cross-regional environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage concurrent work streams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, able to work effectively in evolving or ambiguous contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to physical security operations, risk management, or operational assurance.
- Experience applying standardisation or continuous improvement methods.
- Familiarity working in global or culturally diverse environments.
- Comfortable using collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., dashboards, ticketing systems, project trackers).
- Able to incorporate input from multiple regions and stakeholders into logical recommendations.
