Projects And Delivery Manager
Job Description
Green Synergy is seeking an experienced projects and delivery manager to manage the delivery, development and operational day-to-day management and delivery of the Adult and Children's Projects delivered within our Green Synergy charity.
This role is responsible for the projects delivery on the garden, project management, development and supervision of both adult and children's projects including Better Together, Planting Hope, Green Chances, Green WRAP, VAH Neuro Thrive, VAH Layers of Green, BBC Children in Need Family Nature Zone and HAF.
An effective people manager with experience of managing staff and volunteers within the operational delivery of community development projects, you will need effective organisational skills and be an engaging communicator.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will need to be able to develop and deliver effective project management with experience of performance management, monitoring and evaluating activity back to funders.
The salary is 31,699 per annum (pro rata to 28 hours - 25,359.20)
