About the role

LS Events is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our vibrant and fast-paced Projects Team. This role involves coordinating some of our most prestigious events and playing a crucial part in the planning, development, and execution of assigned projects.


Key Responsibilities:




Project Management:

+ Actively contribute to the day to day management of our project plan; updating progress on specific, assigned workstreams;
+ Produce documentation to an outstanding quality, with absolute attention to detail.

Workstream Management:

+ Take responsibility for assigned workstreams, develop operational plans and ensure delivery against agreed objectives (ie Accreditation, Sustainability, Accommodation, Catering, Ingress and Egress etc);

On-Site Responsibilities:

+ Actively contribute to the delivery of the project during the build, break, and live phases; support the effective delivery of operational areas (ie event office).
+ Be a subject matter expert, and actively champion assigned workstreams to all project teams.

About you

Applicants should have:




Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with all stakeholders; Experience of working within the live events industry, ideally within music events; Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in tasks; Proficient scheduling and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics; A strong collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams; Proficiency in IT and administration tasks (google suite / Airtable); Good time management to prioritise and deliver all role aspects promptly; Initiative: Self-driven with the capability to work independently; Good knowledge of the live events industry; Understanding and experience with Google Workspace; Understanding or experience with Airtable; Varied experience in a Project Coordinator role; Experience working on live outdoor events; The ability to produce high-quality written content; Proven ability to coordinate and manage teams; Experience in multi-agency collaboration with diverse stakeholders; Experience in event accreditation processes; Experience engaging and managing volunteers within an event delivery model.

What we're looking for

We value enthusiasm, commitment and experience over formal qualifications. Education: GCSE level A-C (9-4), or equivalent in Maths and English Language. Three years experience within the live events / music events industry.





Desirable:




IOSH/NEBOSH, University Degree or other professional qualification.

Salary:

From 32,2400.00/annum (pro rata) DOE

Contract Hours:

37.5 hours/week


Contract Length:

Until 31/08/26


Holidays:

24 days + bank holidays (pro rata)
