Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and highly organised

Projects & Logistics Assistant

to provide day-to-day support to the Projects & Logistics Manager. This role is focused on the essential administrative and coordination tasks that keep projects running smoothly -- from preparing documents and updating schedules to organising deliveries and liaising with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support:

Assist the Projects & Logistics Manager with day-to-day admin including updating trackers, preparing documents, and managing shared folders.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Help organise delivery schedules, book site visits, and confirm access details with clients or installers.

Dispatch Support:

Prepare dispatch lists, labels, and paperwork for large-scale deliveries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Supplier & Sub-contractor Liaison:

Send out briefs, chase confirmations, and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and filed.

Client Support:

Send updates or confirmations as directed by the Projects & Logistics Manager and help respond to basic client queries.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Maintain project records, delivery logs, and contact databases.

Site Visit Preparation:

Help organise travel, equipment, and paperwork for surveys or installations.

General Team Support:

Provide ad-hoc support across the projects and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of work.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in

administration, coordination, logistics

, or a related field (hospitality experience also welcome). Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Confident communicator with a professional and helpful manner. Competent in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple small tasks efficiently. Full

UK driving licence

preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: 100.00-170.00 per day
