We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing
Promoter / Brand Ambassador / Advisor
to join our London Sales Team. In this role, you will represent our brand to potential customers, promote our products or services, and support the sales team in achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner Approach and engage with potential customers to introduce products or services Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently and accurately Support sales conversions by answering questions and addressing customer needs Attend events, exhibitions, or promotional campaigns as required Distribute promotional materials and samples when applicable Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and sales teams Maintain a clean and organized display area or booth Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members Provide post-sales support and product guidance when needed
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation
