Job Description

As an award winning Legal firm with over 60 people working between our offices in Inverness and Portree, we are looking to recruit a Property Administration Assistant to work at our Inverness office in our busy and progressive Estate Agency Department.

Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a good work ethic and the ability to function well under pressure. In return we offer a supportive, sociable and friendly working environment. We are looking for someone with a good administration background, confident in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications. A good knowledge of all social media platforms is required together with a keen interest in digital marketing.

The role will involve dealing with property enquiries, preparing sales schedules and adverts, promoting our properties for sale on social media.

Salary will be up to 24,000 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience.
