We are looking for a

Property Administrator

(known internally as a

Search Processing Advisor

) to join our team -- an opportunity to develop your skills within the UK's largest conveyancing and property services group, where attention to detail, teamwork and customer service go hand in hand.


THE JOB




Working within the busy Conveyancing Sales department, the successful applicant will join the Search Processingteam and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of property searches.


The

Property Administrator

will co-ordinate the process of obtaining property searches from external providers, manage due diligence checks, and ensure that search results are communicated promptly and accurately to both internal teams and clients.


You'll be responsible for maintaining organised records, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with key stakeholders to make sure every property transaction progresses smoothly.


A determined focus on accuracy, customer service, and teamwork will be key to your success, as will your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING




This role is all about keeping property transactions moving by managing and delivering essential search information.


You will co-ordinate property searches such as local authority, land registry, and environmental checks, conduct due diligence, and communicate your findings with accuracy and professionalism.


You will work closely with both internal conveyancing teams and external search providers to ensure information is complete, compliant, and on time.


You will be confident, methodical, and details-focused, with a passion for providing excellent service and supporting the wider team to meet shared goals.

REQUIREMENTS




You will be unflappable under pressure and able to pay attention to detail, providing accurate work even when handling multiple priorities.


You will be proactive in resolving issues, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, and confident communicating with both clients and third parties.


Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a high level of integrity and discretion when managing confidential information.


You will need to be a confident communicator and comfortable spending a large portion of the working day on the phone to clients and colleagues.


Experience within a property or legal setting is advantageous, though not essential, and full training will be provided.


Whilst this role is home-based, there may be a very occasional need to attend our Leicester Head Office for meetings or training. As such, candidates who are commutable to Leicester, or else are able and willing to travel to Leicester if required, will be prioritised in the event of closely matched skills and experiences across applications.
