Property Administrator
Job Description
We looking for an experienced individual within the property industry to join our team.
The role will mostly be office based with some travel required to carry out property inspections and assist trades.
You will be working for a company that specialises in making buildings more efficient by adding insulation, installing windows and doors along with carrying out full or partial renovations.
The role will involve office based tasks like phone calls, emails, ordering materials, assisting with creating site based paperwork, meeting staff and customers on site for pre starts / handovers.
The ideal candidate will have some property background and customer experience to which we will provide further training and development to progress you into becoming an energy surveyor should you wish.
Hours are 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,300.00 per year
Work Location: In person
