Property Administrator
based in Bishop's Stortford. This is a key position within our Property Management team. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and require a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Prepare and process documentation including tenancy agreements, contracts, and correspondence.
Complete the onboarding move in process for all new tenancies.
Process any changes to current tenancies.
Serving of legal notices.
Carry out right to rent checks.
Assist with general office duties including answering phones and managing emails.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant property legislation.
Candidate Requirements
--------------------------
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of property industry terminology and processes is advantageous.
A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative are essential.
