We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join the Stradey Estate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work collaboratively with tenants, contractors, owners and the estate staff.
Duties
Maintain accurate data entry for tenant records and property management systems, including Xero, Released and Microsoft Office
Handle incoming phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing information about properties.
Support the administrative functions of the Estate maintenance team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Prepare reports and documentation as required for property management activities.
Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked and organised for smooth operations.
Collaborate with the Estate's maintenance department, their accountants, agents andsolicitors to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
Proficiency in Xero and Released property management software is highly desirable.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with tenants and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
