Job Summary



We're looking for a

Property Administrator

who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations--managing property documentation, liaising with tenants, landlords, buyers, and vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic property agency and play a key role in supporting the efficient running of our portfolio.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate records of property details, lease agreements, and tenant information using property management software. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service every time. Assist with data entry for rent collection, maintenance requests, property marketing, and financial reporting. Support the administration of tenancy agreements, lease renewals, rent increases, and property marketing. Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Keep compliance checks up to date across the portfolio. Organise and file documentation systematically for easy retrieval and compliance. Prepare reports and correspondence related to property management and lettings activities. Contribute to team success by providing flexible administrative support as needed. Under take viewings as required.

Skills & Experience



Proficiency in

Alto

or

Street

property management software (highly desirable). Previous office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy. Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone etiquette and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to upsell additional services while maintaining customer satisfaction. Outstanding organisational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
