We are seeking a highly organised, personable, and proactive individual to join our team in a varied role combining administration, front-desk reception, and assistant property management duties. Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-of-house reception, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and emails professionally.
Manage office administration, including filing, data entry, record keeping, and preparing documents.
Assist the property management team with tenant and landlord communications, arranging property viewings, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Update property management software and ensure accurate records of rents, leases, and compliance documents.
Support the team with diary management, appointment scheduling, and general office duties.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning property management systems.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
