We are looking for an organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our team in Perth. You will support the smooth running of our local Branch which includes managing residential properties across Perth and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with Scottish housing regulations, and providing efficient administrative support to our property management team.
Duties
Managing and maintaining accurate property records using SME
Handling tenant correspondence and enquiries
Organisation of property inspections, inventories and check outs
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring clear communication at all times
Experience
Previous office experience is highly desirable, particularly within property management or a related field.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrable administrative experience including document management and record keeping
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
