We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our new business development team.
This role will provide essential administrative support in the onboarding of new properties for let, as well as assisting with off market and estate agency sales.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced property environment. Previous property experience prefered but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lettings Administration:
Support the onboarding process for new rental properties, ensuring all required documentation, compliance certificates, and landlord details are collected and recorded.
Draft tenancy agreements, landlord contracts, and related paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of property files, tenancy details, and correspondence.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to support smooth property set-up and compliance.
Sales Administration:
Assist with preparing sales property packs, including gathering documentation, drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
Coordinate communication between vendors, buyers, and solicitors as required.
Maintain sales records, property details, and progress updates.
General Administration:
Update and maintain systems, databases, and property portals with accurate property information.
Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
Provide general administrative support to the lettings and sales team, including filing, diary management, and document preparation.
Assist with marketing administration such as uploading to portals, and coordinating signage.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in property, lettings, or sales administration preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Polite articulate telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills (training provided). Microsoft Word, Office & Powerpoint
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
