Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to surveyors and property managers across a mixed commercial and residential portfolio.
Maintain accurate property records, tenancy schedules, and compliance data -- including rent reviews, lease renewals, and key events.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor appointments, ensuring compliance standards are met.
Prepare property reports, inspection schedules, valuations, and service charge budgets/reconciliations.
Issue rent and service charge demands, assist with credit control, and monitor payments.
Manage property management databases and digital filing systems.
Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, utility companies, and local authorities.
Handle insurance and compliance correspondence, AML/ID requests, and deposit reconciliations.
Maintain lists of approved contractors, compliance inspections, and post-completion records.
About You
Previous experience in a
property and professional office
environment is essential.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Experience using property management software (e.g. T&H) is desirable.
