Property Manager with Office Administration experience
, this position can lead to a full time position in 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
Oversee day-to-day management of not many residential properties to start with
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and vendors
Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and inspections
Ensure compliance with relevant UK property regulations (e.g., gas safety, EICR, licensing)
Manage tenancy progression, agreements, renewals, check-ins/outs, and deposits
Office Administration
Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Answer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Coordinate diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
Assist with invoicing, accounts, and payment tracking
Support marketing efforts and listing updates as needed
Upload properties via CRM
Collecting property data
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2
years of experience
in property management and real estate admin
Be able to work independently and support a small team
Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and tenancy processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (e.g., Acquaint or similar)
Highly self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
A calm, professional, and client-focused approach
