Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual with a passion for property and people? We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to be the welcoming face within our Westhill branch as a Property Adviser and provide vital support to our estate agency team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You'll also support the team helping to manage client communications and manage a database of potential buyers, understanding their property requirements and identifying how we can assist them in securing their next home.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house enquiries Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries Managing a busy diary of property viewings/inspections Carrying out accompanied viewings throughout the Deeside area Obtaining feedback from potential buyers Organising post, keys, and signage Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin

What We're Looking For

Essential:

A natural organiser with a methodical approach Minimum of 3 Highers (including English) Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Friendly, professional, and reliable

Desirable:

Experience in estate agency or have a comparable sales background Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology Strong communication and presentation skills A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
