Property Agent

:

The Property Agent role is offered on a part-time basis within our Paisley branch for 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all external appointments for our rental portfolio and should have a polite and professional manner.

Applicants with a customer service background would be preferred but is not essential. For this position a full clear UK driving license is required.

Full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

Carrying out viewings for our available properties to secure the perfect tenant

Performing weekly photographic inspections for our entire portfolio, and producing digital reports for our landlords

Putting together full detailed property condition inventories on vacant properties prior to tenant entry

Upon tenants vacating, attending the property and generating check out inspection reports

Comparing before and after condition reports to assist with potential deposit claims for landlords, and assisting with any claim

General administrative duties when not at external appointments

Personal Specifications:

Full clean UK driving license.

Ability to work from a diary with good time management skills.

IT skills with ability to learn new systems.

Close attention to detail.

Works well on their own, and within a team.

Ability to work well under pressure.
