We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Broker to join our dynamic team. This role blends a combination of knowing property sales, lettings and property management, combined with property related finance such as mortgages, specialist lending, insurance and much more to offer a far more rounded service. Once a property broker starts, they will have the opportunity to niche into their speciality, gaining either ARLA accreditation for property or CeMAP 1,2&3 for mortgage advice (or both if desired) while learning the trade on job amongst an office of excellent team mates in a successful office.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, pricing, and competition.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms.
Prepare and present detailed reports on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
Manage administrative tasks related to transactions, including documentation and compliance checks.
Collaborate with other professionals such as solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
There will be the requirement to work some weekends (9-5) and evenings (til 8pm, starting later)
You do need to be able to drive
24,000 per annum (plus bonuses available)

You will need to earn your stripes, this is for those with a hunger to work hard, highly accountable, dedicated to a process and driven with ambition.
Be open to marketing strategies, social media & IT literate Good telephone manner & comfortable face to face.
Full time, which is 37.5 hours a week, non negotiable
Experience
Proven experience in a brokerage or similar role is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Multilingual capabilities are an advantage for communicating with diverse clientele.
A solid understanding of the local property market is beneficial but not essential.
