We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Manager to join our team. This role involves property management for a small portfolio and assisting with management accounts, maintaining financial records and other adhoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and services.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for a portfolio of properties.
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address concerns promptly.
Manage accounts, including reviewing and processing invoices and reconciling statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Provide support during audits or tax filings.
Support the director with other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Own car essential, as some travel will be required.
