We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our dedicated property care team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be responsible for reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across a portfolio of prime residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards with minimal disruption to residents.

The Role

- Carry out fault finding, repairs, and installations across domestic plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Liaise with clients and property managers in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

About you

To meet the requirements for this role, you will have:

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Proven experience in residential maintenance, ideally within prime or luxury properties
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
