We have an exciting opportunity within our established Claims function for an Claims Handler who is looking to grow their career and support our goal to provide the best Claims handling service within our industry. How you develop is up to you, but we'll make it our job to notice, nurture and support your ambitions and the scope to progress within our company is vast. There will be multiple opportunities to grow your skills and develop in the role with the ability to shape and influence how our Claims function works.
It is essential that you a bring with you a passion for supporting customers and delivering excellent service with ability to be empathetic and resilient. You will need an eye for detail and willingness to embrace best practice and collaborate with your team with the knowledge to deal effectively with all claims allocated, following company policy as well as ensuring our procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to at all times.

Claims handling background
Good IT skills with experience Microsoft excel & word
Excellent customer services skills & telephone manner
Ability to work well under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met
Courage to challenge behaviours/attitudes
Strong organisational skills
Understanding of the general Insurance principles and practice
Class of risk, product and market knowledge
General Insurance regulation & business ethics knowledge
