The job:

Managing the daily operations of leased residential properties, serving as the key contact for landlords, renters, and service providers. You'll ensure that all responsibilities are delivered in line with agreed client service standards and align with sector-wide best practice. This position spans across privately-owned lettings, build-to-rent schemes, and housing association properties. A strong focus on delivering outstanding support and communication to all stakeholders is essential.

Job duties:

Coordinating statutory checks and arranging necessary works to ensure certification and regulatory standards are met

Organising ongoing property upkeep, reactive repairs, and improvement works

Overseeing contractors and supervising the progress of on-site activities

Conducting scheduled property visits, including mid-tenancy inspections

Making sure all assets remain compliant with relevant safety regulations and legal obligations

Logging and escalating maintenance and compliance concerns as they arise

Keeping spend within agreed financial limits

Tracking occupancy levels and rental performance across the portfolio

Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in residential property management

Experience is dealing with social housing

Excellent communication skills

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Driving licence

ARLA, NFOPP or other relevant industry qualifications would be preferable

Previous experience with FIXLO, MRI, DATASTATION or other property management systems
