Are you an ambitious solicitor with a passion for property litigation?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected and award winning law firm with an excellent reputation in both commercial and residential property disputes. The practice is recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK, and continues to expand due to strong client demand.
The Role You will be joining a dynamic and supportive disputes team, working closely with senior solicitors and partners while enjoying autonomy over your own caseload. Matters will be both interesting and challenging, giving you the opportunity to build expertise in a wide range of property disputes including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial
• Possession proceedings
• Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
• Leasehold enfranchisement and service charge claims
• Property contract disputes and misrepresentation claims

You will benefit from direct client exposure, handling matters for a broad client base that includes property companies, landlords, developers, investors, businesses and private individuals.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property disputes or litigation
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise confidently on property law issues
• Excellent client care and communication skills with a commercial approach
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
• A team player with a proactive, solutions focused mindset
