We're hiring a Property Inspector to join our growing team!This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about property, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.

About the Role:
As a Property Inspector, you'll be responsible for visiting rental properties across the region and compiling detailed reports on the cleanliness and condition of each property. Using a simple app on an iPhone, you'll capture notes and photographs that are used by landlords, letting agents, and tenants to document the property's state at check-in, check-out, or mid-tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit multiple properties each day (on the road, key collection from local letting agents) Use an iPhone app to complete professional condition and cleanliness reports Accurately document property contents and general condition with notes and photographs Ensure reports are clear, consistent, and submitted on time Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
What We're Looking For:

Strong interest in property - previous renovation or inspection experience is a plus Confident working independently - once trained, the role is solo day-to-day Full UK driving licence and own car Comfortable using smartphones/apps for work purposes Reliable, well-organised, and good attention to detail Based locally (Bury st edmunds, Newmarket, Thetford, attleborough)
Progression & Pay:

Starting salary: 25,000-30,000 depending on experience Salary increases as you become confident and able to complete reports independently Full training provided
