About the Role:
Stephenson Browne are recruiting! As a leading independent estate agent, we are looking for 2 x motivated and enthusiastic Property Inspectors to join our teams in our Alsager, Newcastle and Crewe branches. In this role, you will be required to carry out routine, mid-term, and final inspections across the managed portfolio. Produce accurate, detailed, and timely inspection reports with supporting photographs and identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or breaches of tenancy and arrange works as necessary. In addition, you will assist the property management team as directed by the Senior Managers.
Position 1: Full time, Monday - Friday, based in Newcastle Under Lyme & Alsager.
Position 2: Part time, Wednesday - Friday based in Crewe.
Basic salary dependent on age and experience.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisation and administration skills Property compliance knowledge within the Lettings sector (Desirable) A proactive and customer-focused attitude Full UK driving licence and use of own car
