Property Inventory Clerk

Job Description
Aberdeen Property Leasing are looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team. With over 30 years' experience in the industry, we're a well-established and trusted letting agency, supported by modern systems like Inventory Base. You will be required to drive a company vehicle to attend properties, a valid UK licence is therefore mandatory.
What you'll do:
Visit properties to complete detailed inventories and rechecks. Capture images, flag urgent issues, and maintain clear client communication. Prepare and finalise reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collect and return keys, and help organise materials for the team. Support with bookings, typing cover, and general admin when required.
What we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confidence working independently and liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors. Ability to produce accurate, high-quality reports to set deadlines.
