No Letting Go Bath is an inventory management company. We work with local letting agents to provide detailed reports pre and post tenancy as well as interim property inspections.

We are looking for a Part Time (with always potential for more work) self employed inventory clerk to support an ever growing business. If you're currently unemployed or can work during the day time (and potentially the occasional weekends), have a valid driving license (with access to a car) and are based in Bath, this could be the role for you.



Passionate about people and property? We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, highly reputable, professional company. We are looking for someone to work as a freelance, self-employed Inventory Clerk across Bath. The role will initially be on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow to a full-time position as the business continues to grow. All training will be given within our bespoke software. Ideally we are looking for someone with a lettings background or inventory experience, but for the right candidate full training will be given.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

To carry out property inspections and inventories, check-in/check-out and assessment reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards

To compile the inventory report and check-in/check-out reports via our in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete

To arrange, then collect and return keys to and from Estate agents ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection

To meet tenants or agents at the properties at the agreed times

To ensure that all appointments are attended on time

Your attributes:

- Reliable and conscientious

- Positive and energetic

- Keen attention to detail

- A self-starter who can work unsupervised

- A caring attitude with a diplomatic approach

- Well organised and a good communicator

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

- Able to work flexibly within a standard working day, including occasional Saturdays

- Computer literate (access to a tablet preferable)

- A car owner with a valid license

Job Type: Part-time 10-20 hours pw (with scope to increase alongside business growth)

Salary: 13.50 ph increasing when competent

Location: Bath and surrounding areas
