We are London's award-winning property inventory specialists, and we're expanding! We're looking for an Inventory Clerk (trainee or experienced) to join our busy, year-round team in Greenwich, East London and the surrounding areas.
What the Role Looks Like
Start from home each day, collecting keys from local agents or concierges.
Carry out detailed inventory reports at properties across the area.
Return keys or meet tenants as needed.
Each day is different - you may complete 1 job, or 4-5 depending on your schedule.
Flexible work patterns - mornings, afternoons, or full days.
No hours wasted at home typing reports!
Our award-winning App produces your finished reports instantly - no downloading photos or writing up notes for hours.

What You Need
Live within 15 minutes of Greenwich.
Own transport (car or motorbike - essential).
Valid driving licence + correct insurance.
Reliable home broadband (24/7).
Professional, presentable appearance (like a Lettings Agent).
Availability: Mon-Sat, 08:00-18:00 (Fri & Sat are busiest).
Full availability during July, August & September (industry peak).
Comfortable using an Apple iPad.
Punctuality is vital - always 5 minutes early, every time.
Physically fit (properties mean stairs, walking, and standing).
