Key Responsibilities:

- Collect keys from letting agents and landlords.

- Travel to properties across the designated areas.

- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed condition reports.

- Meet and interact with letting agents, landlords, and tenants.

- Manage keys securely.

- Operate a mobile phone and tablet efficiently.

- Ensure punctuality and a professional demeanor at all times.

- Full UK driving licence.
