Property Law/ Conveyancing Paralegal/trainee Solicitor
Job Description
Our Legal 500 full service firm, with offices in London, Essex and Surrleg, are seeking a commercial and residential property paralegal or trainee solicitor to join our Dorking team.
Knowledge of Propetry Law is desirable.
The role requires:
Opening files, issuing letters of engagement, ID, conflict and solicitor checks;
Lease review and reports;
Downloading title at Land Registry;
Priority and bankruptcy searches;
Creating first draft documents for supervisor approval; and
Land registry applications and stamp duty land tax applications
Prior property law experience would be preferable. Our preferred candidate must be IT literate and be competent in using a document management system.
