Residential Property Lawyer
Location: Chepstow, South Wales
Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Looking for your next move in residential property? Our client, a highly regarded and award-winning law firm, is expanding its busy Chepstow office and is keen to welcome an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to the team.
With excellent transport links across the M4 and into Bristol, this is an exciting chance to join a growing, ambitious firm that truly values its people.
The Role
You'll be trusted with your own varied caseload and given the support to thrive.
Expect to:

• Run residential transactions from instruction to completion - sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
• Draft and review contracts and associated legal documentation
• Build strong client relationships that bring repeat business
• Stay on top of property law and conveyancing changes

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer status (3+ years PQE preferred - but talent at any level considered)
• Hands-on experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication and client care skills
• The ability to juggle a busy caseload with accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive, commercial approach and a team-player mindset
