Property Lawyer/Licensed Conveyancer, 3+ years PQE, Salary Circa 40K DOE + Excellent Benefits Package including hybrid working options

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join an established and growing firm with offices throughout Merseyside. This diverse role includes commercial and residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a broad range of commercial and residential property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant disputes. Providing expert legal advice to landlords, tenants, property developers, and investors on all aspects of commercial and residential property law. Drafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements, and other property-related documents. Advising on property transactions and conducting property due diligence. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting property transactions. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals.

Essential Criteria:

A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial and residential property, landlord, and tenant law. Proven experience in handling a varied caseload involving property transactions, leases, and disputes. Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal are essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to clients clearly and concisely. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Sound knowledge of property law, including the latest legal developments and industry trends.
