Property Lawyer | Licensed Conveyancer

What You'll Do

Oversee a broad range of property files, from acquisitions and disposals to leases, landlord and tenant disputes, and more.


Act as a trusted advisor to landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, delivering practical, solution-focused legal advice.


Negotiate and draft leases, tenancy agreements, and related documents with care and accuracy.


Handle all aspects of due diligence, ensuring every transaction is compliant and secure.


Build enduring relationships with clients and professional allies, reinforcing the firm's outstanding reputation.

Who We're Looking For

A qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.


Broad property law experience, skilled in both commercial and residential matters, transactions, leases, and dispute resolution.


Proficiency with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.


Excellent communicator, adept at negotiation and client care, with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach.


Up-to-date understanding of current property law and industry standards.
