We are a growing property company which builds properties specifically for rental. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Lettings Coordinator to take ownership of the end-to-end lettings process across our residential portfolio.
This role is ideal for an experienced lettings professional looking to progress into a broader, more responsible lettings position with real impact on business performance.
You will play a key role in reducing void periods, improving tenant quality, and ensuring efficient, compliant move-ins, working closely with the wider operations team.
Our residential property portfolio is primarily based in North London (Archway, Holloway, Kentish Town & Camden).
Key Responsibilities
Advertising vacant properties across relevant online portals
Managing enquiries and conducting property viewings
Conducting property viewings with vetted applicants
Proactively marketing properties to minimise void periods
Handling offer negotiations and coordinating the full move-in process
Coordinating tenant vetting and referencing
Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation, including Right to Rent, EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, and How to Rent requirements
Coordinating tenancy agreements and pre-move-in documentation
Conducting move-in inspections and completing checklists
Providing market rent analysis and pricing recommendations
Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth lettings progression
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready lettings records and files
Monitoring enquiry levels, conversion rates, and lettings performance
Contributing ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and lettings efficiency
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum 2+ years' experience in residential lettings and property management
Strong understanding of tenant referencing, compliance, and lettings legislation
Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously
Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using property management systems and CRM tools
Car ownership an advantage
1. This position is strictly an office based role which cannot be performed remotely or offshore.
2. You must already live within easy commuting distance of Archway London N19. (Applications will not be considered from applicants who do not already live within easy commuting distance of our London N19 offices)
3. Occasional evenings and Saturday half day working may be required with time-off in lieu
