The Lettings Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the lettings process within our organisation. This position involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The Lettings Manager will be responsible for maximising rental income while maintaining high occupancy rates across our portfolio of properties.
Duties
Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee the entire lettings process, from property marketing to tenant move-in.
Conduct regular property viewings and ensure properties are presented to the highest standard.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental markets and trends to advise clients effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies regarding lettings.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Handle tenant queries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring timely resolutions.
Prepare reports on lettings performance and provide insights for strategic planning.
Skills
Proven administrative experience within a lettings or property management environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about property management and dedicated to providing exceptional service in the lettings sector.
