We are working with a well-established commercial law firm based in central London who for many years , have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of practice areas, including real estate, corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, employment, and private client services2.
The firm is particularly noted for its real estate expertise, handling complex transactions and development projects, and for its dispute resolution team, which manages high-value litigation, arbitration, and mediation with for a diverse range of clients. It also offers tailored advice in areas such as banking and finance, insolvency and restructuring, immigration, and family law.
Clients range from SMEs and large corporates to high-net-worth individuals and international investors utilising a Partner-led model.
The opportunity:
You will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of complex property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, rights of light, boundary disputes, development and other claims. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar client base ranging from developers and investors to major retail and corporate occupiers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage high-value property litigation matters
Build and develop client relationships
Supervise junior fee earners and contribute to business development
Collaborate closely with real estate, construction, and planning teams
