A market leading L500 firm seek an experienced Property Litigation Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join a top-tier, nationally recognised Real Estate Litigation team. Acting for a wide range of commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates and individuals, the team is consistently ranked in the leading directories and offers exposure to high-quality, complex work.
You will work closely with a Chambers-ranked Partner on significant matters while also managing your own caseload. The team regularly advises on telecoms disputes, break clauses, rights of light, breach of covenant claims, misrepresentation, frustration and option disputes, as well as all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ PQE, though those with more or less experience will also be considered. Experience in the Telecommunications sector and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code would be particularly advantageous.
