Job title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: 55,000-67,000
PQE Level: 3-6+ PQE

Working Hours: Full-time
Top legal 500 firm seek a 3+ PQE solicitor to join their growing Property Dispute Resolution team. The department is looking for a solicitor who has experience of a broad range of contentious property work, principally in the fields of commercial landlord and tenant, real property, property contracts, property insolvency, construction, and residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement. The candidate should have good experience that spans several, but not necessarily all of these areas of work.
The ideal candidate will have good work and client management skills that will fit into a team delivering a first class service to a diverse range of quality clients including major property investment companies and pension funds, government departments, local authorities, developers, retailers, property insurers, prestigious private residential estates and high net-worth individuals.
