The vacancy

Are you looking to develop your career in property litigation within a leading regional law firm? Our Disputes & Regulatory team is seeking a motivated Solicitor (NQ - 5PQE) to join our Lincoln office and play a key role in delivering exceptional advice to our clients.


This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high-value property disputes for a diverse client base, including businesses, landowners, and commercial landlords. You'll be part of a team that is recognised for its expertise and practical approach, offering clear solutions to challenging property issues.


From landlord and tenant disputes to rights of way, boundary issues, commercial lease matters and agricultural disputes you will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work. We'll support you with ongoing professional development, a collaborative environment and the chance to make a real impact in a growing team.

Your main duties will include:

Advising and representing clients in property litigation matters Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for:

A qualified Solicitor (NQ - 5PQE) with experience or a strong interest in property litigation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines A proactive, client-focused approach
