About the Role



We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with a strong background in property litigation, ideally complemented by experience in contested probate matters.

This role sits within a close-knit, collaborative team led by a nationally recognised partner. You will manage a varied caseload with autonomy while benefiting from the guidance and mentorship of a highly experienced partner. The position offers exposure to high-quality work and a clear path for career development within a firm that blends tradition with innovation.

Role profile:



Independently manage a caseload of property litigation matters Support and collaborate with colleagues across contentious probate and private litigation Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base Handle a broad range of disputes

Property Litigation & Landlord/Tenant Disputes:



Overage disputes Easements Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture & relief Possession claims (residential & commercial) Service charge disputes Leasehold enfranchisement Co-ownership disputes

Contested Probate Disputes:



A range of disagreements including: + Administration and distribution of a deceased persons estate
+ Will challenges / validity of a will
+ Proposed asset distribution
+ Inheritance tax claims
+ Construction and rectification claims
+ Trust disputes
+ Lifetime gifts
