We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property maintenance, . This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Person will also be responsible for working on own initiative.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Properties from painting and decorating plumbing tiling, gardening etc
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
plastering
Perform tasks as required for maintenance projects.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Providing guidance and support as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance roles with strong property knowledge.
Familiarity with day to day operations.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
