Park's Motor Group is seeking to appoint a Property Maintenance Consultant to join our Maintenance Department. Based in Hamilton however will be required to travel throughout Scotland and Northern England ensuring our extensive property portfolio is well-maintained and meets the high standards demanded by our management team and franchise partners.

The following is an overview of the role:

? Conduct property inspections and audits.

? Develop and implement maintenance strategies.

? Provide technical advice and recommendations.

? Issue clear and comprehensive instructions to maintenance operatives.

? Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

? Liaise with Architects, Surveyors, Engineers.

? Monitor budgets and ensure compliance.



Requirements



? Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., building, surveying, engineering).

? Experience in property maintenance or asset management.

? Strong analytical and communication skills.

? Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

? Trained and experienced in Health and Safety matters.

? Full driving Licence.
