Join Our Skilled Property Maintenance Team!

Deeside Management Services LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Person to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role, with each workday beginning at our main office.

We work across a range of residential and commercial properties, so no two days are the same. If you have a strong background in general trades, enjoy working independently and as part of a team and take pride in high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide variety of property maintenance tasks Follow daily/weekly job schedules Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are met Maintain professional conduct with clients and colleagues
Tasks May Include:

Basic plumbing repairs Jet washing Basic joinery Flagging and block paving Tarmac repairs Painting and decorating Locksmith work Gutter cleaning Drainage repairs Fencing installations Roof Works Electrical Installation covered in house
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in trade or property maintenance work Must be aged 23 or older (for insurance purposes) Full UK driving licence required Trade qualifications (not a deal breaker), but experience is essential Able to work independently and meet job deadlines Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
