We're looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Inspector ( Zero Hours / Part Time) to join our team to carry out inspections & minor maintenance on residential & commercial properties in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Organising and carrying out quality inspections on properties Producing property reports including, schedule of condition Taking meter readings Access requests and support of specialist contractors visits General maintenance including painting, plumbing, glazing and property clearance Minor carpentry and repairs, lock changes, fitting door closes and fire strips Diary management
The Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge/skill of other basic maintenance work i.e. painting and carpentry MUST have a valid DBS/CRB check within the past 5 years Must hold a clean UK driving license Must have own car Have excellent communication skills Have strong an accurate eye for detail IT skills - PDA / Tablet usage Work as part of a team
In Return We Offer:
Starting rate between 12.50 to 15.00 per hour depending on experience 20 days holiday entitlement 45p per mile
Working hours are between Monday and Saturday as required
