We are looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team based in
Luton Town Centre.
We are a letting company that manages over 400 units, exclusively in the heart of the town. The role would involve solving maintenance issues and keeping the properties in a good state of repair and providing a great level of customer service.
We are looking for a long-term, full-time or part-time person who is willing to perform at their best ability.
You must have experience.
We are looking for a tradesman who has experience in the following:
Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrics
Plastering
Tiling (Floors & Walls)
Painting & Decorating
Floor Installation (Carpet & Lino)
Experience Installing Kitchens & Bathrooms
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Attention to detail for the end product to have a high-standard finish
Ability to work to deadlines
Experience of working within occupied premises
Qualifications isn't a must but are useful, however, we pride ourselves on experience more than paper. Please send CV through, once we receive this we will organise an interview at our office. We do not require a CSCS card but is advantageous.
You will need to have your own transport (van not car) and tools.
This is an essential requirement for the job.
Working Time 9:30am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday (self employed)
The finishing times are flexible, there are days when you may be finishing earlier.
There will be problems that arise on our jobs, and we are looking for someone proactive, forward-thinking and enthusiastic about what they are doing.
