We are looking for a reliable and practical

Property Maintenance Operative

to carry out general maintenance, repairs and grounds upkeep at a supported accommodation property in Mostyn.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in finishing jobs properly, and wants a steady, predictable part-time role. It would particularly suit someone semi-retired or retired who is looking for regular, light part-time work.

Key Responsibilities

General property maintenance and minor repairs Painting and decorating Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. leaks, taps, sealant) Minor repairs to doors, locks, fixtures, and fittings Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues Grounds maintenance including weeding, light gardening, keeping paths clear, basic outdoor tidying, and seasonal jobs Some cleaning may be required as part of the role Ensuring work is completed safely and to a good standard

About You

Experienced in general property and grounds maintenance Able to work independently and manage a job list Reliable, punctual, and well organised Takes pride in completing work to a good standard Comfortable working in a supported accommodation environment
