The Opportunity

Are you an experienced property accounts professional ready to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and rapidly expanding department? Eddison's is seeking a Property Management Accountant who can expertly oversee our financial operations and drive team success.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of two Accounts staff, fostering growth and excellence in a supportive yet performance-driven environment. Proficiently use Property Management Software and collaborate with a third-party accountant to ensure timely and accurate accounts delivery. Own and manage cash book analysis, VAT returns, and purchase ledger operations. Provide leadership and mentorship in a fast-evolving department, aligning with Eddison's' values of adaptability, ambition, authenticity, and approachability.

About You:

Proven track record in property management accounts--prior experience is essential. Confident and capable in working with property management systems and coordinating with external accountants to finalise accounts. Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
